تعتبر المحاكيات من أفضل تقنيات التدريب وتحسين مهارة المتدرب، فهي تمتاز بالقدرة على التدريب في أي وقت وبتكلفة مالية  قليلة.
يهدف المشروع :

  • تطوير أجهزة محاكاة لخدمات مراقبة الحركة الجوية من أجل تدريب مراقبي الحركة الجوية على كيفية التحكم في الطائرات في المطار ، والمجال الجوي حول المطار والمجال الجوي للدولة (FIR)، وتقديم الخدمات وكذلك التدريب.
  • تطوير أجهزة محاكاة لقيادة الطائرات والمروحيات لزيادة كفاءة الكابتن من خلال تصميم السيناريوهات والتمارين التي قد يقدمها المحاكي.

01.

Aircraft Simulator

  • Developing an aircraft cockpit and cluster instrument.
  • Developing and programming an open world scenery similar to real world characteristic.
  • Simulate and design all model physics, aircraft characteristic, ATS instrument and aerodrome.
  • Developing voice communication system. Taking into account the emergency frequencies (SOS) search and rescue.
  • Implement all emergency scenarios and accidental scenarios.
  • Providing motion platform to enhance flying reality.

02.

Area Controlling Simulator

  • Developing a traffic radar displaying inbound and outbound aircraft within the FIR, displaying the following (call sign – airspeed – altitude – heading/course – FIR airways).
  • Developing voice communication system. Taking into account the emergency frequencies (SOS) search and rescue.
  • Implement all emergency scenarios and collusion precaution and other will be agreed later on.

03.

Aerodrome Control Tower

  • Representing the external environment of the control tower in a 360 degree view so that the trainee can see the runway, the Taxiway, the apron, in addition to the planes flying around the aerodrome.
  • The representation of the external environment is supported by a binocular represented by a VR Goggle to see the aircraft approaching the aerodrome for the purpose of landing, which exceeds the upper limit of the viewing distance.
  • Representing the communication process between the aircraft and also the emergency frequencies (search and rescue)
  • Representing flight plan information by preparing or providing electronic methodology and strip printers.
  • Representing the approaching radar screen of the tower.
  • Providing Piloting units to act as auxiliary units that work to train the air controllers, or developing these units to work based on voice recognition and artificial intelligence technology to reduce the human resources that operate in virtual flying units.

ليس فقط لبناء مهارات الكابتن والملاح الجوي بل لتحسين عملية صنع القرار لدى الكابتن والملاح الجوي، كما يتم استخدامه للتأكيد على المهارات والعادات الاستباقية. يستخدم نظام المحاكي لوضع المتدرب في مواقف خطرة دون تعريضهم للخطر؛ هذا يسمح للمدربين بالتركيز على تدريب المتدرب دون القلق من المخاطر. فالطلاب قادرون على ارتكاب الأخطاء بأمان مع إمكانية إعادة سيناريو التدريب المستخدم لتوضيح الأخطاء وتعلم كيفية تجنبها.

نظام المحاكي يسمح بساعات تدريبية عالية بتكلفة أقل لأنها لا تتم في الواقع اي لا يتم استهلاك وقود ولا اهلاك.

يسمح بقياس إستفادة وتحسن المتدرب لإحتواءه على سجل تراكمي لكل متدرب.
